Finding Relief: How CBD Supports My Post-Marathon Recovery

Yesterday was an incredible day as I joined over 13,000 passionate runners to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Calgary Marathon. Despite the weather’s reluctance to cooperate, the atmosphere was electric, filled with camaraderie, determination, and an undeniable sense of community.
